Some support would help!!.
I downloaded, and paid for, this program because I wanted to time-shift my son's weekly internet radio broadcast. After following the instructions I have not been able to get the program to record at the selected time. I have contacted the support desk by email twice (this is the only support that is offered). I have not even received a response to say that my email was received. It hasn't met my needs so far.
